Overview

The Administrative Assistant (Regional Coordinator) assists in the facilitation of the efficient operation of the region by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including providing administrative support to regional leadership and maintaining a responsive relationship to the local day-to-day activities of the region operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Respond and follow-up to customer service inquiries and questions.
  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
  • Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for regional leaders.
  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintains a system for approving and reconciling multiple location budgets and invoices.
  • Perform other general and assigned administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • 1-2 years of office administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to effectively interact with various styles and levels of management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range

USD $16.50 - USD $21.32 /Hr.
