- At least 3 years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to effectively interact with various styles and levels of management.
- Ability to solve problems and act in a decisive way to achieve results.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
- Valid CDL, and Commercial Driving Experience
- Experience with FMCSA, CVSA Regulations and Rules Preferred
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
