- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Some college (preferred)
- 2+ year's experience with parts inventory for heavy duty truck/bus shop environment
- 2+ years' warehouse inventory or distribution experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience in interviewing, evaluating, and training preferred
- Skill in working as part of a dynamic team.
- Ability to solve problems and make real-time decisions.
- Able to lead employees to perform the highest quality work and exceed expectations MSOffice (Word, Excel)
